
Calm Brand System for Neurodivergent Tech Professionals
Rawi Nanakul, an Inclusive Performance Coach, found success in supporting his audience and was looking for a brand identity that could scale with his vision of speaking, cohorts and social content.
We became the trusted expert to could create a brand that could encompass Rawi's tone and unique outlook with his audience's accommodations.

Pain Points
Audience feedback revealed a mistrust in stereotypical "tech" language and symbols as well as neurodiverse content that talked down to them.
They wanted to feel understood and have resources to support their unique path to improving their career experience, their way.

Our Role
Facilitate brainstorm sessions with accessibility from the start. We created a brand identity and brand assets to communicate clarity, emotional safety, and professional credibility.

A design system that honors neurodiverse journeys by using calm cues of watercolor and a curated color spectrum to bring wise stories and environments from the tech world to metaphorical life without stereotypes or cognitive overwhelm.
